What FIRST30 is and how it works

FIRST30 is ShopZo's welcome offer: 30% off your first order. Here is every condition, in plain words.

New to ShopZo? Your first order comes with a welcome offer. Type FIRST30 at checkout and you get 30% off. Here is how it works, with nothing hidden in the small print.

The offer in one line

30% off your first ShopZo order of ₹199 or more, up to a maximum of ₹150.

The conditions

  • First order only. FIRST30 works once per customer, on your first ShopZo order. If you have ordered before, the app will tell you: "FIRST30 is only valid on your first order".
  • Minimum order ₹199. Your items need to add up to at least ₹199.
  • Maximum discount ₹150. 30% is worked out on your order. If 30% comes to more than ₹150, you get ₹150 off.
  • Any store. Use it with any ShopZo store that delivers to you.
  • Pay on delivery. The discount is taken off your total, and you pay the rest when your order arrives.

Three quick examples

  1. An order of ₹180. Below the ₹199 minimum, so FIRST30 does not apply yet. Add one more item.
  2. An order of ₹400. 30% is ₹120, which is under the cap. You save ₹120.
  3. An order of ₹800. 30% would be ₹240, but the cap is ₹150. You save ₹150.

How to use it

  1. Pick a store near you and fill your cart (one store per order).
  2. At checkout, enter FIRST30 in the coupon box, or tap it if it is shown as an offer.
  3. Check the new total, then place the order.
  4. Pay when the ShopZo Pilot delivers.

Tips for a good first order

  • Start with a shop you already know. The kirana or dairy you trust is probably on ShopZo's map for your address.
  • Make it your weekly staples. Atta, dal, oil, milk and tea usually cross ₹199 easily, so the full offer works for you.
  • Look at the store's own offers too. Each store card shows what that shop is offering this week.
  • Keep cash ready. You pay when the Pilot arrives.

Who pays for the discount?

FIRST30 is a ShopZo welcome offer. We want your first order from a local shop to feel like a good decision. The shopkeeper's own prices stay as they are.

Can the offer change?

Offers are managed centrally and can change over time. The app always shows the conditions that apply at checkout, before you place the order. If the app and this page ever disagree, the app is the current one, and you can write to info@shopzo.co.in.
