Our mission

Every neighbourhood shop in India, one tap away, without giving up what makes it local.

Most of what an Indian family buys every week still comes from a shop within a few lanes of home: the kirana that knows your usual atta, the dairy that keeps your milk aside, the bakery that opens before school. Those shops are fast, fair and trusted. What they often miss is a simple way to take orders from a phone.

Quick-commerce apps solved convenience by putting a warehouse between the shopper and the street. ShopZo goes the other way. We put the street itself online.

What we believe

The shop near you already is the warehouse. The shopkeeper already knows the price. So ShopZo is built around three simple rules:

• One store per order. Your cart belongs to one shop, so there is one bill, one handover and no mix-ups.
• The shopkeeper sets the price. We never undercut a shop from a warehouse of our own.
• Pay on delivery. You pay when the order reaches you. No card or PIN is needed to order.

Who we are

ShopZo is built and operated by AR Home Care Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in Uttar Pradesh. We are a small team working with shopkeepers and delivery partners one city at a time. Patna, Lucknow and Bangalore are next.

Our delivery partners are called ShopZo Pilots. They are people from the same neighbourhoods, verified in person by our team.

Where we are today

• The ShopZo Vendor app is live on Google Play, and we are onboarding the first shops by hand.
• The ShopZo shopper app and the ShopZo Pilot app are coming soon.
• Pharmacy is planned for later, with the checks the law requires.
