Delivery Policy

Who delivers your order

ShopZo is a hyperlocal platform — every order is fulfilled by the local Store you ordered from and delivered by a ShopZo delivery partner (or, in some cases, by the Store itself) travelling from that Store to your address. There is no long-distance shipping; every delivery is local.

Where ShopZo delivers

ShopZo only delivers in areas that have live Stores on the platform, city by city — see the "Where we are" section on our homepage for the current list. When you open the app, it shows you the Stores and delivery availability for your saved address; if there are no live Stores near you yet, the app will tell you.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times shown in the app (for example, an "Arrives in N min" estimate on a Store) are estimates based on distance, not guarantees. Actual delivery time can vary with traffic, weather, Store preparation time and delivery-partner availability.

Order status

The app shows you your order's status as it progresses — placed, confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered. This is a status update, not a live map of the delivery partner's location.

If delivery fails

If a delivery partner is unable to complete your delivery (for example, you are unreachable or unavailable at the address given), the order shows as "Cancelled" in the app. Since orders are Cash on Delivery, you are not charged for a delivery that was not completed. Scheduled delivery

The checkout screen shows a "Schedule · Pick a time slot" option. Scheduled delivery slots are not yet available — every order, however it was placed, is prepared and delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge for your order is calculated and shown to you at checkout, before you place the order, alongside the item total and any other charges.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct and reachable — this helps your delivery partner find you and reduces failed deliveries.
